Before:

  • This (34 – 44 year old) patient had an uneven bridge due to a severe deviated septum.
  • The most distracting deformity was the extreme drooping of her columella in the center of the nose as well as the round tip and severe appearance of the nostril openings.

After:

  • After surgery there is a tremendous natural improvement, the bridge is symmetrical and even.
  • The most dramatic change is the beautiful contour of the profile and a major improvement in the nostril openings. There is no evidence that she had rhinoplasty.
